Please take into consideration the following IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS, which will provide clarity on our service policy.
• We serve 10 years old and up only.
• Inbox for any style not listed on the booking page.
• We do not rush on any customer.
Do not book your appointment on event day.
Completion time varies depending on the size and Length.
• Please check your email, as the exact address will be sent in the confirmation email.

• Hair must be at least 4 INCHES ALL AROUND to book any braiding appointment.
• DO NOT GET a fresh relaxer before booking.
• We will not serve anyone with scalp issues (Scabs, Puss, Blood, wounds or sore on scalp).

HAIR:
• All Services, Xpression Hair Included.
• We only use Xpression hair Prestreched. In stock #1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30 ,613
MODIFICATION:
• Confirm your hair color, Size and length 24 hour before your appointment.
• Any modification will not be possible after 24 hours.
PAYMENT:
• The balance will be paid in CASH ONLY
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book appointment. Deposit will be deducted out of the total service
HOLIDAYS:
• Thanksgiving, Christmas and New year Eve will be charged $25 extra.
TRAVEL
$75 less than 30 miles
Travel fees must be paid 24 hours before the appointment
